In the same way i cook everyday for my dear family since 25 years ago, i also do it for my travelling friends.
I believe everyday activities like having, preparing, serving and sharing a meal are essential secrets of the culture of peoples. For this reason I invite you to cook with me: "empanadas criollas", "locro", "pastel de camote" and other dishes we can choose together.
We share the tradition of “having mate” accompanied by typical pastry ( “tortitas”, “pastelitos”, pies, etc). As a moment when the family or friends get together at table to talk and enjoy.
In our barbecue space we share the ritual of roasting different cuts of meat with embers accompanied with salad and the famous wines of our Province.
They are given by acknowledged institutes with competent teachers and innovative techniques.
You can choose individual or group classes as well as intensive courses or according to your needs.
